Is this course right for me?

Ruby is one of the best programming languages to start with when you are first learning to code and this course is designed for individuals with no previous knowledge of Ruby in particular or any programming/computer science knowledge in general. Its general purpose and flexible language can be used in web/Internet development, to process text, to create games, and as part of the popular Ruby on Rails web framework. This coding course is available courtesy of Codecademy, an online, interactive platform that offers free coding classes in six different programming languages like Python, PHP, jQuery, JavaScript, and Ruby, as well as markup languages including HTML and CSS.
